100MW Solar & Smart Energy Park
Grid-scale solar PV, energy storage, and agro-voltaic systems delivering baseload power to clusters and mining off-takers.
Investment Overview
The energy park combines a 100MW solar PV array with battery storage, agro-voltaic crop zones, and a smart grid spine that supplies the SEZ clusters, regional mining clients, and the national grid.
Agro-voltaic design allows high-value crops to flourish under panel canopies, while single-axis tracking maximises energy yield. 30MW is reserved for SEZ clusters; 70MW is contracted via USD-denominated PPAs to the Intensive Energy User Group (IEUG).
A dedicated control centre manages load balancing, demand response, and resilience services, ensuring uptime for cold chain, irrigation, and industrial processes.
- 1Equity participation in solar SPV with secure USD PPAs
- 2Battery storage and ancillary services revenue
- 3Agro-voltaic crop production partnerships
- 4Carbon credit aggregation and trading

Key Features
Agro-Voltaic Layout
Dual land-use with horticulture and grazing integrated beneath solar canopies to maintain agricultural output.
Hard-Currency PPAs
USD-denominated offtake agreements with regional mining houses, hedging against local currency risk.
Energy Storage & Smart Grid
Battery energy storage system with advanced SCADA for real-time balancing and resilience during peak demand.
Carbon & Green Finance Ready
Qualifies for carbon credits and green bonds through verifiable emissions reductions and sustainable agriculture linkages.

Execution Blueprint
Each cluster is delivered through DrumCorp's integrated development stack – combining engineering, operations, sustainable finance, and inclusive supply-chain design.
- EPC & O&M Concessions
- Energy Trading & Market Operations
- Agro-Voltaic Agronomy
- Grid Interconnection & Compliance
Execution Considerations
Synchronising EPC delivery with grid upgrades, negotiating multi-party PPAs, and ensuring agro-voltaic yields match investor expectations while balancing shading ratios.
Suggested Capital Structures
- 1Independent Power Producer (IPP) SPV with 25-year PPAs
- 2Green bond and climate finance eligibility
- 3Agro-voltaic revenue sharing with horticulture cluster
Strategic Outcomes
Delivers reliable clean energy to clusters, stabilises farm operations, and creates a profitable exportable power asset anchored by long-term USD cashflows.
