Caleb Dengu
Financial Governance & Investment Strategy
Seasoned finance and investment executive with over 40 years of global experience in government, multilateral development finance, and private sector leadership. Proven board-level contributor with strategic oversight in sectors including energy, mining, agribusiness, and infrastructure. Expertise in corporate governance, financial restructuring, commodity finance, and ESG-aligned investment. Board-ready with a strong track record in managing international portfolios, public-private partnerships, and capital project development.

Peter Drummond
Chairman & Foundational Agricultural Expertise
With a 50-year farming career, Mr. Drummond provides invaluable operational history and foundational knowledge of the estate. As Chairman and co-founder of the farm's existing chicken enterprise, he has been instrumental in the business's development, with direct experience managing vast livestock herds, including 3,000 head of cattle.

Shane Drummond
Managing Director, Operations & Execution
A 24-year veteran of the business, Mr. Drummond is a seasoned operational executive with an end-to-end command of the value chain, from engineering to sales. As Managing Director, he has a proven track record of ensuring resilience and maintaining value through extreme economic challenges, including hyperinflation.

Jurie Geldenhuys
Technical Innovation & Sustainable Farming
As co-founder of key technical partner MoringaWize B.V., Mr. Geldenhuys leads the on-the-ground integration of innovative and sustainable farming. His expertise in organic animal fodder and plant-based bio-stimulants is central to the project's high-yield, climate-smart agricultural strategy.

Aart van den Bos
Strategic Partnerships & ESG Business Models
A social entrepreneur and the other co-founder of MoringaWize B.V., Mr. van den Bos brings extensive experience from the fruit & vegetable export sector. With an MBA, he specializes in creating viable business models that combine financial, social, and ecological returns, aligning the project with global ESG standards.
