Leadership & Partnership
Drumcorp is led by a team of experienced professionals with diverse backgrounds in agriculture, finance, engineering, and sustainable development. Our leadership team brings together decades of expertise to drive our vision forward.
Caleb Dengu
Managing Partner
Caleb is the Managing Partner in CDF Trust and Consulting BV, an Investment Advisory Platform and Private Equity management firm since 2010. He is a Non-Executive Director of RioZim Limited, RioGold and RioEnergy. RioZim is a listed Mining Group on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange. Caleb chairs the Audit and Risk Committee and the Remuneration Committee of the RioZim Board. He is advising RioZim on Sengwa Power Station a USD 1.5 billion dollars project.
Jurie Geldenhuys
Co-founder
Jurie comes from a farming and management background and is driven by using innovation for creating impact. Jurie also applies the same technology in the agricultural industry and excels in research of organic & natural animal Fodder and Plant to Plant base Bio-stimulant. He is active in sustainable Agriculture and looks at the world from a holistic point of view. He links important topics such as food security, climate change, water, biodiversity, and sanitation through innovative revenue-models.
Peter Drummond
Chairman, Hunyani Farm
Pete is the Chairman of Hunyani Farm. Pete has seen the development of the farm from a blank canvas to its present stage and was instrumental in the development of the business plan & fund raising. He is a director and co-founder of Drummonds Farm Fresh Chickens. Pete has an excellent knowledge of the crop farm and chicken operation. He has a diploma in Agriculture from Gwebi Agriculture College.
Shane Drummond
Managing Director
Shane is Managing Director of Piatza t/a Drummonds Norton. He is a director and co-founder of Drummonds Farm Fresh Chickens. He is responsible for production, product development, engineering, Information technology, distribution and sales. Shane joined Drummonds 24 years ago straight from Nelson Mandela University, in Port Elizabeth, RSA where he studied Electrical Engineering.
